Young CEAC Meeting in Hamburg Focussed on Investment Arbitration
On 17 June 2010 a Young CEAC Europe meeting took place in Hamburg where Dr. FANG Xiao, a lecturer from Renmin University Beijing, gave a speech on “Bit Arbitration against China: A German Perspective”. The meeting was hosted by CELA member Brödermann & Jahn. CELA President Dr. Eckart Brödermann and all participants vividly discussed investment arbitration while having wine and cheese over the roofs of Hamburg.
