CEAC Ambassador Meyer has organised an evening at the offices of MME Partners which was hosted by ASA Local Group Zurich and the Zurich Law Association’s Arbitration Group on China. Clarissa von Wunschheim spoke about arbitration tribunals and proceedings in China as well as about the enforcement of arbitration judgements. Eckart Broedermann spoke on arbitration clauses in China related matters and about CEAC. The speeches were followed by a vivid discussion. It was a first time that CELA was officially presented in Switzerland which is, in Europe, the leading market place for international arbitrations.
