Second Chamber of the CEAC Appointing Authority established
 Dr. Nayla Comair-Obeid In the context of the First Anniversary of CEAC, the second chamber of the CEAC Appointing Authority was established. The second chamber consists of
Li Yong, Beijing (China),
Bart Kasteleijn, Amsterdam (Europe) and
Dr. Nayla Comair-Obeid, Beirut (World).
This chamber is competent for all matters against a Respondent named first as Respondent in the Notice of Arbitration whose name starts with a letter from N to Z. The first chamber of the Appointing Authority now is competent for the letters A-M.
